• Take the 5 Freeway South (from Huntington Beach, take the 405 South or the 55 South to reach the 5 South)
• Exit at Junipero Serra Road (exit #83)
• Turn right onto Junipero Serra Road
• Turn left onto Camino Capistrano
• On the block after Verdugo Street, you’ll see, on the right, a two-story brick building with a white stucco façade (The Provincial Building)
• Turn right into the driveway just after the Provincial Building (and before the store called “Whim”), which leads straight to the public parking structure
• Parking in the public structure is complimentary.

Once you park, walk out toward the driveway you came in on. Franciscan Gardens is the courtyard at the base of the driveway. You’ll see a big wooden gate where you can enter. Look for a green-walled courtyard with white paper lanterns hanging above and you’re in the right place!

Note: The Ortega Highway exit off the 5 freeway is closed, so please use these directions. If you’re taking a cab, remind the driver to exit at Junipero Serra (the driver may not be aware that the usual off-ramp is closed for construction).

Disclaimer: for you out of towners, Friday afternoon traffic can be slow on the freeways, so consider leaving extra time to get to the venue. If you arrive early, you can enjoy the cute downtown area or the old Los Rios district, both within an easy walk of the parking lot for our venue.
